The new CT-range of closure torque testers are excellent value for rapid and accurate testing of tightness of jar caps and lids.   The CT unit is intregal with table and sensor combined in a modern styled solid aluminiun case.  The holding jaws have a  range of up to 7.5ins dia and are capable of holding all shapes of lid due to design of the fixture.  3 models are available, 12/50/100lbs cacpacity. Metric units may be program selected as required along with peak hold.

Mark-10's main force gauge is the BG series which may be purchased as a dedicated force gauge or supplied as the BGI (indicator unit) which allows connection to the most comprehensive range of sensors available for its type.

BG SERIES gauges are built to the highest of standards in a heavy duty aluminium case. A reversable control panel makes easy use and programming using its gauge control language for many functions. 

Measurement unit selection, force direction, torque, trigger points, max/min, RS232,analogue output, autoshut off,average over time,digital filters etc. Force gauge ranges available from 0.25lbs to 500lbs.  When used as indicator please consult sensor information for max/min measurement.

The Mark-10 MGT series of torque gauges are ideal for many of those small but very important  testing applications such as screw and fixing tightness.  The digital readout is in a heavy duty aluminiun case, battery or mains adaptor operated and reads running torque and peak hold values. Many applications are found in the motor and aero industries.

Six models cover measurement ranges from 7Ncm (0.7Nm) up to 1150Ncm. (115Nm)

A Mark -10 torque gauging system comprising  a motorised torque test stand, BGI indicator and chuck type torque sensor.

The system operates in clockwise and anticlockwise direction with motor or manual drive control. 

The Mark-10 STB sensors measure all type of  force required when openning or closing caps on all types of jars and bottles as well as other more specialised applications where twist force is required.  The sensor connects to the BG Indicator unit ensuring a simple and reliable operation for laboratory or production area operation.  Bottles upto 5.7" diameter are held in  rubber covered jaws.    Three models are available to cover torque readings  from 12lbin/50lbin/100lbin or metric units

A smaller version of the cap tester has models that measures from 10ozin up to 100lbin. torque.
