The EC-1550 is a desk top PC operated roundness and cylindricity analyser with high precision.  The Kosaka porous air bearing table has a radial accuracy of 0.04um with a load capacity of 20kg. and the vertical straighness column  is accuate  to 0.6um over 100mm

Components up to 450mm dia. and 420 high may be measured and the results diplayed on the PC. monitor.  Manual part centring and levelling and is made easy by PC. assistance display. The pick-up is operational in any attitude.

A fixture for quick static balancing  of shafts and grinding wheels. Virtually zero friction bearings ensure free rotation if out of balance componenet is placed on the rotary discs.

A Swiss gauging fixture designed for the rotation and measurement of  shafts with different diameters.  

The gauge consists of 2 sets of rotating discs, one set has vertical adjustment and both run in high specification low friction bearings allowing  complex shafts to be  inspected with ease for run out, eccentricity, balance and roundness errors.
